shipping & returns
We strive to ship all orders within 3 business days from purchase. Orders placed on the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed the following Monday or Tuesday.
Please ensure you provide the correct name, address and phone number, as we will not be held responsible for incorrect/ incomplete information. We are not responsible for stolen/ lost packages after the carrier has confirmed its delivery. Please ensure the address you provided is a secure address.
Currently, we ship to Hong Kong addresses. Shipping fee is calculated by weight via SF Express.
Delivery will take 2 - 3 business days after dispatch. We do not ship to PO boxes.
Once your order is dispatched, you should receive an email with a tracking number to the email address that was provided on the order form.
We are working towards international shipping options. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like your daily muse in your country!
We do our best to ensure product satisfaction and recommend customers to familiarise themselves with the ingredients and purpose of the product before committing to purchase.
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we are unable to offer refunds or returns unless we shipped you the wrong product or if the product was damaged upon arrival.
In such unfortunate circumstances, please email us at email@example.com with photos of the product, packaging and shipping label within 48 hours upon receipt. We will happily provide a replacement.
